Personal Insurance Account Manager. Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross selling opportunities and provide exceptional customer service for personal lines customers.

• Provide timely quotes for personal lines customers and recognize cross selling opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service for personal lines clients.
• Perform overall account management for personal insurance accounts.
• Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for the best rates.
• Handle new and renewal submissions.
• Quote, bind, and issue policies as applicable.
• Work with multiple carriers and rating systems to manage client needs.

• Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
• Experience maintaining client relationships.
• Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates.
• Ability to handle new and renewal submission.
• Prior experience quoting binding and issuing policies.
• Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
• Overall account management.

• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
• Must hold Property & Casualty License.
