Material Handler -2nd shift

2nd shift (3:00 p.m.

-12:00 a.m.)

The Material Handler performs a variety of standard functions to inspect and operate the forklift truck providing the safe and efficient flow of material throughout the production areas and keeping all lines supplied with work and aisle ways free from debris.

• Performs all duties required for shipping and receiving materials.
• Organizes warehouse as instructed.
• Ensures inventory transactions and material receipts are done in an accurate, timely manner.
• Places stock into inventory locations in a timely manner.
• Delivers raw materials and shop supplies to production areas as required.
• Complies with all existing safety and material handling policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.
• Ensure working orders prior to use.
• Be organized and have strong communication skills.

• High School diploma with 1-3 years of experience.
• Workplace safety training and forklift operation certificate desired.
• Experience using RF scanner preferred.
• Must pass forklift operator training.
