North Yorkshire | Hybrid Working £65,000 – £75,000 Basic  Bonus An established wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join following a recent acquisition in North Yorkshire . This opportunity is offering a strong basic salary, clear bonus structure and long-term salary progression, alongside access to High Net Worth clients and supported new business generation.

The Role You will be responsible for:
Advising HNW individuals with investable assets of £300k Developing new client relationships with support from an internal lead-generation team Managing and developing an inherited client portfolio Providing holistic financial advice across investments, retirement and estate planning Working closely with a dedicated paraplanning and admin support team Package & Benefits Basic salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (higher available for exceptional candidates) Bonus: 30% of initial fees on new business Salary progression:
Annual review after year one Base salary re-assessed and increased based on new business generated Hybrid working Full compliance, paraplanning and operational support Long-term employed career opportunity (not self-employed) About You Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered or working towards desirable) Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser Proven experience advising High Net Worth clients Strong relationship-building and new business skills Professional, client-centric and compliance-focused approach Why Apply?
