Our clients Transaction Services team provides due diligence services and valuable insights to assist in making the right business decisions when completing a transaction such as a merger or acquisition (M&A), listing or delisting on the market, going private or raising capital.

They work closely with management teams to support businesses at any stage of the deal process, from initial exploratory searches through post-transaction completion phase. Other deal related services they offer include Private Equity advice, M&A structuring, valuations, employee incentivisation, technology risk assessments, transaction structuring, and integration and operational performance advice.

Roles typically involve the following and are available in their Bristol, Leeds and Thames Valley TS teams

• Support and contribute to the management of the Corporate Finance team with other Senior Managers, Directors and Partners.
• Project manage larger FDD engagements, including the identification and resolution of project issues prior to Partner review.
• Assume responsibilities for project execution and delivery to timelines, including management of other service lines.
• Build strong and sustainable relationships with clients, both internal and external to the firm, establishing both a rapport and trust.
• Assume real ownership of client relationships and projects.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of clients’ businesses and industries.

About you

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
• Significant and enough FDD experience for a director role gained within a TS department within a major firm
• Proven track record of successful business development
• Previous management experience at SM or Director level.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• For those involved in Capital Markets transactions a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.
