The Opportunity
This Marketing Executive role offers a unique blend of digital marketing, customer relationship management, and strategic market development. You’ll work closely with the Sales and After-Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting our global expansion. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise Powerlink’s main website and e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive lead generation.
* Develop and execute engaging content across social media channels (including Linked In, Twitter, and industry blogs) to strengthen brand presence.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of our international distribution network.
* Proactively engage with prospective clients via email, phone, and digital channels to build relationships and convert leads.
* Provide expert product advice, manage customer inquiries, and ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally, collaborating with After-Sales and Production teams as needed.
* Support the Sales Manager in developing strategic marketing plans and delivering data-driven market insights.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
* Proven experience managing digital platforms (website, e-commerce, social media).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively.
