Senior Food Service Auditor Scotland

Do you have Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety, along with experience conducting audits or inspections?

At NSF, we’re looking for a Senior Food Service Auditor based in the North of England or Scotland. You’ll primarily conduct food safety and health and safety audits at restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other food service locations within your local area, while also supporting the training and development of other auditors, completing quality monitoring activities and helping ensure our standards are applied consistently.

We’re flexible on where you’re based, provided you live in the North of England or Scotland.

Monday to Friday. While travel to and from audits means it’s not strictly 9 - 5, you’ll have flexibility in planning your working week Localised Work, Less Travel:
We keep your audit area local so you’re not spending hours on the road. That means more time at home and less time commuting.

Minimal Overnight Stays:
Overnight stays are rare and only ever required if you choose to take them on.

Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety Experience conducting food safety and health and safety audits or inspections

Auditor qualifications aligned with ISO 19011

Able to plan and carry out audits independently

Experience training, coaching or developing others

Excellent communication skills

Confident writing clear and accurate reports

Able to handle sensitive conversations professionally

Strong problem-solving skills

Must have a full UK driving licence

Ready and willing to travel to client sites

Confident using Microsoft Office and PDF software
