Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: North Yorkshire

Elvet Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in the North East, currently seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior position with clear potential to progress into a management role—perfect for someone with strong estate agency experience and a passion for delivering results.

Our client specialises in the sale and letting of high-value properties, including homes, cottages, and rural estates. Due to continued success, they are expanding and looking for a driven individual to play a key role in their ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead day-to-day branch operations and ensure a high-quality client experience

* Manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties, from instruction to completion

* Conduct market appraisals and generate new business opportunities

* Support the sales pipeline through effective lead generation, negotiation, and deal progression

* Build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and internal teams

* Mentor junior team members and support their development

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in estate agency, ideally with some leadership or management exposure

* NAEA qualification (or willingness to complete within 6 months)

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Proactive, well-organised, and confident in decision-making

* Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

* Strong local market knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for property

working hours :

Monday to Thursday 9–5:30, Friday 9–5, and Saturday 9–1 (with a half day off in lieu).

Salary- £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Drivers license and access to own vehicle is essential
