Sales Representative; Animal Health

Location:
Remote - Covering Northern England (travel required)

Client: Animal Health Pharmaceuticals

Type: 12 months contract - full-time

• Manage and develop an established UK veterinary territory during a key maternity-cover period.
• Maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing veterinary customers, including independent practices and corporate accounts.
• Drive the successful launch and adoption of a new product for the treatment of allergic and atopic dermatitis in dogs.
• Deliver ambitious sales targets and maximise growth across the territory.
• Identify opportunities to increase market penetration, customer engagement and product uptake.
• Execute effective territory plans, prioritising high-value customers and growth opportunities.
• Build awareness, advocacy and confidence in new and existing products.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver commercial objectives and a consistent customer experience.
• Operate autonomously, managing territory activity, customer visits and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Support future product launches and contribute to continued growth across companion animal portfolio.

• Minimum 4 years’ active sales experience within the UK Pet Health Pharmaceutical sector

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Demonstrable experience growing brands and gaining market share in competitive markets.
• Strong existing relationships with veterinary customers across independent and corporate practices.
• Proven experience successfully launching pharmaceutical or healthcare products and driving customer adoption.
• Desirable: Previous experience in companion animal dermatology and/or parasitology
