The Role

This is an exciting customer-facing position that combines technical expertise with consultative selling. You will be responsible for developing sales of products to both existing customers and new prospects within the printing, packaging, corrugated and converting/non-wovens sectors
. Working closely with production managers, press operators, and key decision-makers, you will identify opportunities to improve productivity, print quality, and cost efficiency through the application of specialist products and services. Candidates should ideally be based in Central or Northern England
.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the printing, packaging, corrugated and converting/non-wovens sectors
• Provide technical advice and support on products and applications
• Diagnose customer production challenges and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives
• Stay informed of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activity
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction

About You

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with commercial awareness and a proven ability to develop customer relationships.

You will have:

• Experience in technical sales, preferably within the printing, packaging, corrugated and converting/non-wovens sectors
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to selling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• A self-motivated, organised, and results-driven mindset
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
