Job Summary

The Radiology Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of diagnostic images appropriate to the age of the patients. Responsible for meeting the established standards of practice and patient care, supplies and equipment, and for coordinating teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. The Radiology Technologist may serve patients of all ages.

Compensation

We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The hourly wage range for this position is $27.46-$38.77. This range reflects the base salary for this position.

Please note:

A starting wage floor of $31.00 per hour is currently in effect for this position. This rate reflects our current compensation practice and may be adjusted in the future in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare patient for radiological procedures by accurately assessing patients' needs and providing patient education.
• Ensures correct exam is performed.
• Operates radiology equipment for data acquisition, reconstruction of images, documentation of images, and performs quality control measures for the purpose of ensuring optimal quality images.
• Communicates pertinent data to persons responsible for the care of the patient following the examination.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of radiology
• Current ARRT certification and/or state certification
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire date, company paid)

Hours Available

• Weekdays (Mon–Fri):
  Shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends (Sat–Sun):
  Shifts between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Includes every 4th weekend rotation
• Other shifts are variable
