Gentiva is seeking an After Hours Hospice RN (On-Call) to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes compassionate care when it is needed most, serving as the liaison among patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team.
The RN will evaluate patient needs, implement care plans, and work with LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other staff, ensuring continuity of care after hours and during shifts away from daytime coverage.
