Overview

This job allows you to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced food service environment. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality customer experience, managing employee performance, and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Plan each shift, monitor performance, take actions to meet McDonald’s standards, and manage safety, security, and profitability.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth handovers.
  • Support department goals and meet shift targets.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to qualify for management positions.
