- Lauren Prosser, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual with developmental disabilities.
We are seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support to an individual with developmental disabilities in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This is a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters, and we rely on our DSPs to keep the agreed schedule.
Responsibilities- Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community
- Provide community support, companionship, and ADL support
- Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals
- Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs
- Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions
- Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team
- Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule
- Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one
- Driving required
- Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training
- Part-time schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 9 am-2 pm - Pay: $17-$21/hour
