We're building a bench of Project Management professionals at all levels
, from Assistant Project Manager through Senior Project Manager and Project Executive, for industrial and mission-critical construction projects.
We typically support clients with roles such as:
- Assistant Project Managers (up to $105,000)
- Project Managers (up to $160,000)
- Senior Project Managers (up to $195,000)
- Project Executives / Program Managers (up to $195,000)
- Operations-focused Project Managers
Depending on experience and level (APM through Senior PM/Executive), responsibilities may include:
- Supporting or leading projects from pre-construction through closeout
, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. - Owning or supporting project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and change management
, often in partnership with Project Controls. - Coordinating closely with schedulers to ensure schedule logic aligns with field realities and contractual commitments
. - Leading or supporting procurement, subcontractor and vendor management
, including scope definition, bid review, and contract administration. - Managing RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications
, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation. - Facilitating communication between clients, internal stakeholders, and field teams
, maintaining strong relationships and clear expectations. - Driving safety and quality standards in coordination with EHS and QA/QC teams; engaging actively in the safety culture.
- Identifying risks and opportunities early
, developing mitigation or recovery plans where needed. - Conducting or contributing to project reviews, progress meetings, and status reporting for leadership.
- For APM-level roles:
- Supporting PMs with documentation, coordination, and execution tasks.
- Learning to own discrete scopes of work with increasing autonomy.
- For PM-level roles:
- Independently managing small to mid-size projects or portions of larger programs.
- Owning outcomes for cost, schedule, and quality.
- For Senior PM/Project Executive roles:
- Overseeing complex or multi-site projects.
- Mentoring other PMs/APMs and influencing regional or portfolio strategy.

. Candidates should bring a mix of:
Core Project Management
Experience:
- Experience managing or supporting construction or industrial projects (electrical, mechanical, civil, or multi-discipline), with strong preference for electrical or mission-critical/data center work.
- Understanding of project lifecycle phases
, from pre-con through startup and closeout. - Hands-on experience working with budgets, cost reports, and change orders
. - Familiarity with contract documents, scopes of work, and commercial terms

Technical & Collaboration
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
. - Experience coordinating with Project Controls, Scheduling, Engineering, and Field Operations
. - Comfort directing or coordinating subcontractors and vendors in the field.
- Familiarity with tools such as P6/MS Project for schedules and standard construction/project management platforms (e.g., Procore, CMiC, etc., as applicable).
