As a Customer Service Associate II, you will assist with the daily operations of the store, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and can switch to front-end duties as needed. Your day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely and in line with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and ensuring neat, presentable areas
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
• Processing sales transactions at the assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High integrity
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
