Maintenance Technician

Webster Lake Apartments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team in Northglenn.

$25.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Our Geared-to-Go Maintenance Program offers an annual reimbursement of $100 for the purchase of new work boots and an additional $100 for industry‑related work tools

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market‑ready condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on‑call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris

• 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• EPA Universal certification is highly preferred
• Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• Energetic, responsible, and organized
• A true team‑player mentality
