Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only schedule, Monday through Friday, closed for lunch
- Lower daily patient census for quality-focused medicine
- Senior-focused population including Medicare and Medicare Advantage
- Longer visits that support preventive care and chronic disease management
- Care model designed for deeper relationships and stronger care outcomes
- Strong clinical and administrative support to reduce non-clinical burdens

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Passion for senior care and value-based medicine, experienced preferred but open to new graduates
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, patient-centered approach
- Comfortable practicing in an innovative model focused on quality and outcomes
