Junior Engineer

Job Description

We are looking to hire a CAD Designer or Junior Engineer for a local engineering firm that is focused on residential and commercial projects, small to mid-sized cities and the utility systems that serve those areas. These are the places where they can have the most immediate impact. Some of the projects they are working on include residential subdivisions, wastewater and water sewer treatment plans, wastewater and water distribution projects and other impactful projects.

Initially this person will be drawing and helping design the projects. Eventually, they will be responsible for managing and solutions.

This person will be in office from 8 AM-5 PM designing water treatment and wastewater projects. The more advanced technicians will be involved in the engineering processes as well.

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Highly motivated self-starter, results-driven and teamwork oriented
• Coordination of drawing production activities between all disciplines at the project level
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Civil 3D experience
• Water/Wastewater experience plant (water lines, sewer, site grading)
