We are seeking a dedicated nurse to guide and support staff, coordinate high-quality patient care, and contribute to a resident-focused environment.

Job Details

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama, LLC

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Location: 2400 Hospital Drive, Northport, AL 35476

Shifts Available:

  • 7am-3pm
  • 3pm-11pm
  • 11pm-7am
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
  • Assess, monitor, and document residents  health conditions and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
