You’ll be responsible for delivering direct resident care, mentoring CNAs, administering treatments and medications, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. JOB DETAILS

Shifts:

• Day Shift, 7a-3p, Part-Time
• Afternoon Shift, 3p-11p, Part-Time
• Part-Time includes 6 days per pay period with 2 days every other weekend based on the schedule

Your Role As An LPN Charge Nurse

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents according to care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the clinical team
• Supervise and support CNAs and care staff during the shift
• Maintain resident documentation and uphold clinical policies

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN License
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
