• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members
• Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and document care effectively
• Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and families

• 7am-3pm
• 3pm-11pm
• 11pm-7am

• Current and active LPN License
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
