Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time | Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM | 8-Hour Shifts
Shift Differential: +$2.25/hour weekdays | +$3.00/hour weekends

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our night shift nursing team.
As an RN, you'll provide direct nursing care, support the nursing team, and help ensure our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents receive quality, compassionate care throughout the night.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Base Pay of $31.00-$40.40 per hour based on experience
- +$2.25/hour Weekday Night Shift Differential
- +$3.00/hour Weekend Night Shift Differential
