• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $25.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)

Responsible for the physical maintenance and the general repair of the exterior and interior of the buildings, systems and fixtures within the apartment property.

• Trade School and/or military training a plus.
• Six months experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Must have at least six months of verifiable hands‑on general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, HVAC etc.).
• Experience in making repairs to electrical systems, windows, flooring, walls & doors, general heating & cooling and carpentry.
• Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math and use tape measure.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check.
• Pre‑employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
