Delivery Driver

Join The Aaron’s Company, Inc. as a Delivery Driver. This role is store‑based, involving driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise while supporting store operations such as moving, picking up, and assisting customers.

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise.
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle.
• Assist in the store when needed.

• Solid communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Desire to help customers.

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and moving up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
• Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun.
• Valid driver’s license is required, but not a CDL.
• No overnight travel.

The salary range for this role is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Note that the pay range is the lowest to highest rate in good faith that we would pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary may vary.
