Site Administrator – Northwich (Site-Based Role)

Howard James Recruitment is pleased to be working with a reputable business within the demolition and construction sector, who are looking to appoint an organised and confident Site Administrator to support their busy office based on-site in Northwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently juggle multiple tasks while supporting both the Site Manager and Head Office teams.

The Role

Working from a lively demolition site office, you’ll be at the heart of operations, helping to keep everything running smoothly day to day. You’ll be the key point of contact for site staff, visiting teams, and HQ colleagues, ensuring information is communicated clearly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support to the Site Manager with day-to-day organisation

* Managing a busy site office environment, dealing with a range of personalities and visitors

* Producing and updating Excel spreadsheets (data entry and tracking information)

* Sharing key site information with Head Office and managers via email

* Uploading documents and updates to SharePoint and internal systems

* Acting as a communication link between site operatives and HQ, passing on queries regarding pay and general support

* Supporting general office duties such as filing, document control and coordination

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction or site-based experience is beneficial)

* Strong multitasking ability and confidence working in a busy environment

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general Office packages

* Comfortable communicating with people at all levels, from site teams to senior management

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* A proactive and approachable attitude
