Location: Northwich

Duration: Temporary Position

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Pay rate: £12.71

We are seeking a reliable and organised School Administrator to join a friendly and supportive school team in Northwich. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy educational environment.

• Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
• Providing administrative support to school staff and leadership teams
• Maintaining accurate pupil records and attendance data
• Assisting with admissions and general school documentation
• Using school management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Handling confidential information professionally and securely
• Supporting parents, pupils, and staff with general enquiries
• Organising appointments, meetings, and school communications

• Previous administration experience preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and friendly manner
• Experience with in a school environment is desirable but not essential
• An Enhanced DBS Check is required for this role
