Position: PT Receptionist 19.25 Hours - Brio

PT Receptionist

Location:

Brio Northwich, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 5QJ

Contract:

Temporary, Part Time

Hours per week: 19.25 hours

Salary: £12,900 per annum

Shift pattern:

  • Week 1 – Monday 2:45pm-10pm, Saturday 10am-3:30pm, Sunday 10am-2:30pm
  • Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 6:15am-2pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Take bookings and manage registration for gym, fitness and swim facilities.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide administrative information.
  • Sell and set up fitness memberships.
  • Give tours of the centre and welcome new visitors.
  • Maintain a warm and friendly reception area.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for customer service and a friendly attitude.
  • Previous reception or customer‑facing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible shift pattern (including evenings, weekends, early hours).
