More About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice,you'llbe the voice of RMG, helping customers with a variety of enquiries relating to their properties and accounts.

You'll communicate with customers through phone, email, Whats App and online chat, providing excellent service and helping to find solutions that meet their needs.
You'llalso gain experience using industry-leading systems, working with colleagues across the business and developing valuable skills that will support your future career.
No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow and build confidence in a busy customer-focused environment.

Working Hours
Our Customer Service Centre operates
24/7 to support our customers.

You'llwork a rotating shift pattern including:
8am  4pm
9am  5pm
10am  6pm
12pm  8pm
You'llwork one weekend in every four weeks and receive days off in lieu.
