We are now looking for a full-time Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire.
As a Customer Services Team Member your role will include:- First point of contact for our customers
- Handling of customer calls
- Responding to internet queries
- Management of surveyor’s diaries
- Typing reports
- Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
- Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
- Proactive, confident and positive
- Prioritise and multi-task
- Demonstrate excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Assertive
- Team player
- IT and Office Software Literate
- It is desirable to have geographical knowledge of the UK
- Competitive salary with monthly bonus scheme OTE £30,000

Hours of work are full-time 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday working:9am to 5pm.
