Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant Full-time, Term-time only

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school team.

You’ll work closely with our teachers to support children’s learning and development, helping to create a nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive. Your day-to-day work will include supporting small groups and individual pupils, preparing resources, and helping with classroom activities across the curriculum.

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their education
• Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Experience working with children (although this could be through volunteering or in other settings)
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
• GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)

• Your own dedicated consultant available 24/7
• A variety of daily and long term positions to suit your needs and work around your lifestyle
• £200 referral scheme per referral
• Accredited free CPD training and extra support from an expert consultant
• Weekly pay with excellent rates of pay
