Working with Mad 4 Recruitment as a Primary School Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a role that is completely flexible around your needs. There are both full time and part time opportunities available to suit your commitments. Furthermore, you will be able to work as a Primary School Teacher in a variety of schools from small mixed form village schools to multiple form entry large schools.

To be a Primary School Teacher you will need to have Qualified Teacher Status (UK) and experience within a classroom setting in the last two years, this can be within a mainstream or SEND setting. You will need to be an approachable and patient Teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manner at all times.

It is imperative that you have good communication and interpersonal skills as this is crucial for building effective relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents and carers quickly.

You will be paid a competitive daily wage for day-to-day positions, based on your experience. You will receive free, up to date safeguarding training. You will enjoy working within a variety of primary, infant and junior schools when it suits your needs and commitments. Finally, you will receive the benefits of working with your own dedicated Primary Teaching Consultant who specialises in the Cheshire area.
