We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring level 3 Teaching Assistant to join one of our friendly primary school teams.

You’ll work closely with our teachers to support children’s learning and development, helping to create a nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive. Your day-to-day work will include supporting small groups and individual pupils, preparing resources, and helping with classroom activities across the curriculum.

The school are looking for a friendly and passionate teaching assistant to work in a key stage 1 class.

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their education
• Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Experience working with children (although this could be through volunteering or in other settings)
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
• GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
