Pay: £90–£120 per day (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)

We’re recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors to work across a range of primary, secondary and specialist schools throughout Northwich and the surrounding areas.
Whether you’re an experienced education professional or have transferable skills from another sector, we’d love to hear from you.
We have opportunities supporting pupils with:
- Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD / Autism
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Moderate and complex learning difficulties
- Challenging behaviour
- General classroom support
- Classroom supervision during teacher absence
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in:
- Schools or education settings
- Youth offending or criminal justice services
- Children’s residential care
- Mental health or behavioural support
- Police or prison services
- Sports coaching or youth work
- Care and support work

RequirementsTo apply, you’ll need:
- An up-to-date CV covering your full employment history (including any gaps)
- The right to work in the UK
- Two professional references
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
- A driving licence is desirable but not essential
- PAYE – no umbrella companies
- Competitive daily rates (£90–£120 per day)
