• Use assessment effectively to identify needs andadapt teaching accordingly.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with pupils and promote their confidence and independence.
• Strategically lead the development an devaluation of effective SEND provision across the school.
• Be reflective, resilient and committed to theirown professional development.
• Share our commitment to safeguarding, equality,inclusion and the wellbeing of every child.
• Demonstrates a commitment to raising standards;
• Is able to work in close partnership with thewhole Trust community.
