Shift pattern:
Continental Days & Nights (2 days on / 2 nights on / 4 off)

• Ensure delivery of engineering support to the Northwich site across 24/7 enabling the engineering team to provide the required levels of service in support of the manufacturing strategy.
• Ensure the safe, effective and efficient running of the department is maintained through the engineering shift teams.
• Prioritise and deliver daily workloads in compliance with site policies and procedures.
• Co‑ordinate and prioritise the activities of a shift engineering team in providing support to the operations team.
• Act as senior engineering point of contact for shift managers.
• Support Short Interval Control and daily end‑of‑shift review meetings with shift managers.
• Participate in improvement groups (e.g., wastage reduction).
• Complete a clear and comprehensive handover to the incoming shift engineering team.

• Fully qualified multiskilled engineer with at least 5 years experience.
• Apprenticeship trained; minimum BTEC ONC/Level 3 qualified.
• Electrical qualification with certification.
• Experience leading a team.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to coach and support others.
• FMCG experience, preferably in food industry.
• Comfortable working both in a team and alone.
