Engineering Supervisor / Engineering Team Leader

Location:

Northwich area

Salary: £53 000

Schedule:

4 on 4 off days and nights

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor / Engineering Team Leader or Shift Engineer with a strong background in the food or FMCG sector to lead a small team of Shift Engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and delegate shift engineers’ workload.
Write and maintain the PPM/CMMS with a focus on improving reliability and implementing site-wide improvements.
Manage team performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in project work, including ongoing improvements and long-term fixes.
Implement Lean, Continuous Improvement, RCA processes on site.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Engineer in the food/FMCG or manufacturing sector.
Leadership experience with multi-disciplined engineering teams.
Experience in maintenance management considered for those with a background in Maintenance Manager roles.
