• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration
• Strong clinical background with confident decision‑making skills.
• A caring, professional, approachable personality committed to high‑quality care.
• Previous experience in a nursing home environment.

• Deliver safe, effective, compassionate nursing care to residents with a range of needs.
• Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and a positive, supportive environment for residents.
• Uphold regulatory requirements and contribute to best practice across the home.
