What You’ll Need:
  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration
  • Strong clinical background with confident decision‑making skills.
  • A caring, professional, approachable personality committed to high‑quality care.
  • Previous experience in a nursing home environment.
