Onsite IT Ops Support Analyst

Randstad Technologies in Northwich is hiring an IT Operations Support Analyst for a 6-month contract. You'll tackle incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and provide both onsite and remote support.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a technical IT customer support role. Strong skills in Windows 11, MS Office 365, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. This role is fully onsite with a pay rate of £18 per hour on PAYE.
