Location: Sandiway

We are supporting a major customer‑facing digital transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to play a key role in the delivery of a new customer portal and digital experience platform. This is a highly visible programme within a regulated environment, focused on improving customer interaction, self‑service capability and overall digital experience. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and third‑party technology partners, you will be responsible for helping shape requirements, customer journeys and business processes to support the successful delivery of a critical digital initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Map customer journeys and digital processes.
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Support the design and delivery of customer‑facing digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with third‑party vendors and delivery partners.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood across the programme.
Essential Experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong experience delivering customer‑facing portals, digital platforms or self‑service solutions.
  • Experience working within vendor‑led delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced and evolving programme environment.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
Desirable Experience
  • Financial Services, Insurance, Banking or other regulated sector experience.
  • Experience improving customer experience and digital engagement.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments.

    Experience supporting large‑scale digital change programmes.
