About the Job

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex technology projects and building trusted customer relationships

Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team at Comms-Care. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact infrastructure cloud and digital transformation projects for some of the biggest names in technology working alongside leading vendors partners and highly skilled technical teams.

If you enjoy bringing order to complexity influencing stakeholders and seeing projects through from concept to successful delivery this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact while working in a fast-paced and growing technology services environment

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading multiple professional services projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Working closely with consultants architects customers and partners to ensure projects stay on track.
• Owning project governance reporting risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Managing customer relationships and acting as a trusted delivery lead throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving project quality financial performance and customer satisfaction.
• Providing portfolio-level visibility and insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Supporting cloud infrastructure and transformation programmes delivered across a range of technologies and industries.

What Were Looking For

• Proven Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT cloud infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage confidently with customers and technical teams.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets forecasting and project profitability.
• A structured approach to delivery governance and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 Agile Waterfall or other recognised project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with in professional services managed services or technology environments would be highly advantageous.
