We are seeking a contractor to deliver a 3-year Office and Depot Cleaning service contract (with a possible 1-year extension) for Weaver Vale Housing Trust Limited, with an estimated value of £135,000 excluding VAT. The scope includes regular cleaning of office and depot facilities such as general office cleaning, washroom and toilet sanitation, kitchen and staff area cleaning, waste disposal, depot cleaning, and replenishment of hygiene consumables.
