This Facilities Supervisor role is a key leadership position within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. As the Facilities Supervisor, you ll be responsible for overseeing site engineering and facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and keeping the factory running efficiently. This is a hands-on Facilities Supervisor position, ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front while staying technically involved.

What you ll be responsible for as Facilities Supervisor:

• Leading day-to-day engineering and facilities activity as the site Facilities Supervisor
• Planning and prioritising maintenance work to minimise machinery downtime
• Driving asset care standards and improving long-term equipment reliability
• Coordinating maintenance and facilities priorities with production teams
• Managing facilities, building services and general site maintenance
• Supervising and developing a team of Maintenance staff

What we re looking for in a Facilities Supervisor:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in an engineering or facilities role within an FMCG environment (food manufacturing preferred)
• Previous experience in a Facilities Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor or similar role
