A rapidly growing bakery manufacturer is looking for an NPD Process Technologist who thrives on taking concepts from bench to full production — without losing soul, quality, or commercial edge.
You’ll be the bridge between development and operations, owning scale-up trials, troubleshooting process challenges, and ensuring launches land right first time.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading factory trials and first productions
* Translating kitchen recipes into robust manufacturing processes
* Working closely with Technical, Operations, and Commercial teams
* Driving continuous improvement across bakery processing methods
* Supporting site capability development for future innovation
What we’re looking for
* Strong bakery category experience (essential)
* Hands-on factory trial and scale-up experience
* Confident stakeholder communicator
* Solutions mindset — calm under pressure, practical in delivery
