Role Summary
An experienced, knowledgeable, registered nurse who is able to work autonomously, making high level decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver specialist continence and urology care to service users, including a Community Trial Without Catheter Service from assessment through to examination, investigation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up following agreed integrated care pathways.
- Provide expert knowledge, advice, and support to service users, carers, and the wider health and social care economy regarding Trial Without Catheter and continence.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of the service against agreed targets and support the development and implementation of service initiatives.
- Work as part of an established team of registered nurses, nurse associates, nursery nurses, healthcare workers and administrators across West Cheshire.
- Provide specialist assessment, treatment, and care to adults, children/young people with bladder or bowel problems, and adults with erectile dysfunction requiring Trial Without Catheter.
- Registered nurse qualification.
- Experience in continence, urology or related care (preferred).
- Adept at autonomous decision-making and high-level clinical judgment.
Based in West Cheshire. All new starters will commence in post on a fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date.
