The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care that enhances the wellbeing, comfort, and quality of life of residents. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care. Assess, plan, implement, and review resident care plans. Administer and manage medications safely and accurately. Monitor residents' physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and colleagues. Support the wider care team in delivering exceptional standards of care.

Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory requirements. Promote independence, dignity, choice, and quality of life for every resident. About You Essential Requirements Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN). Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse. Strong clinical knowledge and nursing expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A caring and compassionate approach to resident care. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
