Earn 2% on direct-to-seller instructions (min. £2,500) and 1% on estate agent partner referrals (min. £1,250)

Your own profile on The Auction Company website

TAC-branded prospecting letters and marketing resources

You'll identify properties suitable for auction through direct mail, property portals, social media, your own network and estate agent relationships.

You'll speak with sellers and agents, understand their circumstances and explain how auction could provide the right solution.

Once a property is instructed, The Auction Company provides the central auction infrastructure, including Rightmove advertising, legal-pack coordination and running the auction itself.

You focus on finding opportunities, winning instructions and building relationships.

Previous auction experience is not essential — we'll provide the training.

All TAC Auction Partners must complete The Auction Company's required AML and compliance process and receive approval before operating.
