Morrisons is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and coordinate a fast-moving warehouse/distribution team. You will oversee Team Managers and Warehouse Colleagues to ensure accurate picking and timely delivery to stores, while driving efficiency and cost control.
In this role you’ll coach and develop large teams, manage labour rotas, monitor spend and implement improvements to enhance performance across the operation.
