PositionSummary
We are looking for a Patient Services Representative (PSR) who will greet and check in patients, schedule appointments and manage the checkout process. The PSR will also assist with general office duties as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities- Greet patients
- Check in patients and address individual concerns as they arise
- Collect information including insurance overview, co-pays, deductibles and open balances
- Perform administrative tasks and be cross-trained on medical assistant responsibilities
- Other tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years in a healthcare position preferred
- Experience using Mod Med
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
- Patient-focused with the ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
