We are looking for a Patient Services Representative (PSR) who will greet and check in patients, schedule appointments and manage the checkout process. The PSR will also assist with general office duties as needed.

• Greet patients
• Check in patients and address individual concerns as they arise
• Collect information including insurance overview, co-pays, deductibles and open balances
• Perform administrative tasks and be cross-trained on medical assistant responsibilities
• Other tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years in a healthcare position preferred
• Experience using Mod Med
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
• Patient-focused with the ability to work independently
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
