As a Resident Life Partner (Caregiver), you will assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs), pass medications, prepare meals, and perform laundry and light housekeeping duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for serving older adults
• Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required
• CNA/MA preferred but not required
• Med Tech experience helpful but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive work history
