Salary Range: $88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
- Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Ensure optimal uptime and reliability of all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external vendor relationships.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance within maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime and support operational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing maintenance operations and teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Experience with budget management, spare parts inventory, and vendor relations.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA).
Bonus Qualifications
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
- Experience managing capital improvement projects and facility expansions.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
